Our client faced a radical change, a challenging endeavor from which they aimed to emerge victorious, with reduced licensing costs and new processes that would allow automated management of infrastructure and pipelines. The metadata situation was critical, and there was an urgency to secure the database on the application side as well. The project also started with certain constraints: the desire to reuse as many application jobs as possible and to automate the deployment of ETL and Streaming Processes in Spark. In a year and a half, all objectives were achieved, resulting in a time saving of over 96% for security management and updates.
